Room #1 is 22ft x 13ft, with space for a 5 to 6-piece band, and a backdoor for easy load-in.

The Pearl Sessions drum kit includes a 10” rack tom, 12” rack tom, 16” floor tom, 14” snare drum, 20” kick drum, and cymbal stands. The Peavey PA includes Shure SM58s with cables and stands for no extra charge. Cymbals are available upon request.
